Amy Myers

Athens, IL is not the home of the Parthenon but is where Amy Myers grew up. This is her second year at SIUC and on the show. You might recognize her from her portfolio on IMDB (but probably not). She was drawn into alt.news by an enthusiastic and talented group of young folks and is looking forward to see what else they can teach her. She thinks alt.news is a good outlet for any major because it’s a staggering opportunity to learn and be creative. She likes her bicycle, Disney World, apologizing, and long jazz walks on the beach. Amy produced her first segment last year and has been on many shoots including, “Lady Gaga”, “Calvert Drive-In”, and alt.news’ latest short film, “Bittersweet.”
